Over many years, I have bought Walking Cradles online and from sellers like zappos.com. I have loved each pair of shoes, especially the leather, skid resistant slingback flats with feminine touches such as flowers and ribbons. They last a long time and have been favorites of mine. Recently, I bought several pairs of mules that I equally love. The only pair of shoes I just bought that was a sad letdown was this pointed toe slingback. Although it had no skid-resistant bottoms, I got them as they looked dressy and probably did not have skid-resistant bottoms to look dressier. Although they appeared great online, they were very cheap looking in person; even the embellishments looked cheap and tacky. The sizing was way off, with the shoes at least an inch or more too long and the width much too wide. Unfortunately, I looked like a child playing dress-up in her mother's shoes. To put things in perspective, this disappointment is the first one in many years of being a Walking Cradles customer, and just a normal, understandable mistake in a long history of excellence. I ask the company to look at the sizing and see if it was mislabeled for just my pair or for others as well. I also ask that the leather and embellishments be re-evaluated. Thank you.
