Shipping and Handling

Our online orders are shipped anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, but the location of our international retailers can be found here: Store Locator

We ship through the United States Postal Service. Allow 1 business day for order and warehouse processing. Customers can typically expect delivery within 7-10 business days after the order is processed. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays are excluded. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we receive your order and another email when your shoes have been shipped.

In the case of a return, the item must be in new condition and ordered directly from our website, Returned goods are accepted within 60 days of the date of delivery.

In all cases, except in the rare case of a defective shoe, the shoes must be returned in their original condition without showing signs that they have been worn. This includes all packaging and labeling. If you are trying shoes on for fit, we suggest you walk on a clean, carpeted floor in your new footwear. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return using the original packaging in which it was received. The Walking Cradle Company is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise, so please be sure to package them in a manner to prevent any damage or loss during shipping. 

Please complete the return form in full and include it inside the package.  A blank return form is included in your original package for your convenience. If you did not receive a return form with your online order you can download one here on our website. The return form is only valid on orders placed through If you have purchased your footwear through another retailer, you must return your footwear to that retailer.  

Please return your items with a copy of your order confirmation (found in your email) and with a completed return form.

Please indicate the reason for the return using the list provided and, in the case of a fault or error on our part, please provide a full description in the space provided. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

All footwear will be inspected upon return.

The initial shipping and handling charge incurred in ordering the item(s) being returned IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated).

In the unlikely instance that shoes have been shipped to you that do not match your original order, we will refund both your shipping and handling charge incurred in ordering the product(s) being returned and return postage. Items purchased from may not be returned via any of our retailer partners, as selections and styles vary from store to store.

If you wish to exchange your shoes for another pair, please specify this on the Return Instructions. Please note that we can only issue even exchanges (example: same shoe style but a different size or color). If you wish to exchange for a different style simply follow the return process (see Return Form) completely and order another pair of shoes from our website. In the case of a defective shoe, please send us a minimum of three photos (either via mail or email) of the shoes clearly showing the defective area(s), along with a photo or copy of your receipt. The receipt must clearly indicate where the shoes were purchased, the date of purchase and the price you paid. Defective shoes will be accepted within one calendar year of the date of purchase. We will either replace the shoe with the exact style, size and color if it is still available. If it is unavailable we will issue online credit for the amount paid, before tax, that can be used for a future purchase from our website only. Credit issued for defective shoes will not be accepted by any of our retailers.
