Heel is too narrow . Side of shoe is not comfortable

Great shoes, I can wear all day long!

My big toe joint is very sensitive to style of flats that cut into it. These accommodate my toe joint comfortably. Great fit—shoe I wore comfortably straight out of box. No breaking in required.

My work is a mix of sitting at a desk and being on a manufacturing floor - this flat allows me to go between these two roles while looking professional. I did have to add a heel insert as the back of the shoe was hitting too bad on my heel. These have held up well and look nice with black slacks.

I purchased these shoes because I was sick of buying cheap ones with no support that lasted only a couple of months. I decided to splurge on these shoes in hopes they would last longer and provide better support than your run-of-the-mill flats. They do not provide much arch support. After less than 2 months (delivered on 7/17/19, they busted (on 9/6/19). The rubber sole of the heel popped off, and the rubber supports within the heel are all worn down and literally falling apart. The other shoe looks like it will bust soon too. Very disappointed in the 7 weeks of wear for this price. I'm sending them back and will not purchase again.
