Comfy and cute!!

Short - order a size up

This is so cute; I really wanted it to be the perfect shoe for an upcoming vacation. Unfortunately, it runs short and the heel wasn’t narrow enough for me. The arch support and cushioned sole felt great, so if the heel was narrow enough, I’d definitely have ordered it in a half size longer. The quest for walking shoes continues ..,

We are sorry to hear that you encountered fit issues with the Destin sneaker. We regret that you needed to return it and wasn't able to have it for an upcoming vacation. We are aware that many times people have difficulty with heel slippage and would like to offer a suggestion to try in the future, should this problem happen again - with Walking Cradles, or any brand. An adhesive heel insert many times creates just enough space to make the shoe fit perfectly. These are inexpensive and can be found at places like Target, CVS and Walgreens. They come in various materials like foam, gel or moleskin. If you haven't tried this before, it could be a game changer for you. In the meantime, we hope your quest for walking shoes is successful!

Support-Comfort-Style

I have a narrow foot with a very narrow heel. Not easy to find a good fitting shoe. I'm in athletic running shoes 90% of the time - - they help with arthritic hips and low back pain. I have many styles of Walking Cradles (flats, sandals, 2.5" heel boots) that I can wear comfortably as long as I'm not on my feet for an extended time. I bought these because they are stylish, a little dressy, and looked comfortable. I wore them for the first time from 4PM until 11PM hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 15. They were great! I was able to tie the shoe snug in the heel so it didn't slip and there is a nice arch support to them. In this brand I wear an 8N sandal and an 8.5N closed toe shoe. I found this "sneaker" style was too short in the 8.5N. Like running shoes I needed to order up 1/2 size to a 9N. A very nice purchase!
