First Annual Father’s Day Contest – Win a Free Pair of Shoes Here’s How It Works!

The easiest way to enter is to simply place your order as normal. Every day, one name will be chosen at random from all completed purchases during each 24 hour period of the contest. If your name is chosen, you get the most expensive pair of shoes in your order FREE (value not to exceed $150).

No purchase is necessary to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. See below for details.

One winner will be chosen per day of the promotion. Winners will be chosen by WalkingCradles.com via a random drawing held on June 19, 2012.

If you enter the contest via purchase, you will be informed via email at the email address used to place your original order. The purchase price of the most expensive pair of shoes in your order will be refunded back to you via the payment account you used to place your order on June 19, 2012.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to post to your account.

You have not yet won. The winner has not yet been identified, and we don’t know who the winner will be. Winner will be chosen at random from all entries received. All entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of method of entry.

Items must be chosen from items that are in stock at time of fulfillment. WalkingCradles.com reserves the right to substitute an item of the winning entry’s choice for original item if original item is not in stock.

Winning item is not eligible for return or exchange.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. Alternate means of entry - send an email with the subject line “Father’s Day Contest Entry” to [email protected] to be entered in the drawing. Alternative entries must be received by midnight CST each day of the contest. All entries become the property of WalkingCradles.com. WalkingCradles.com is not responsible for entries that may be lost or damaged, any failure in email delivery, or any other email related issues that may arise that result in your entry not being received.

If an email entry is chosen, customer will be informed via email at the email address used to enter the contest. Winner will able to choose one free pair of shoes from those in stock between June 18 – June 22 (value not to exceed $150).

Where permitted by law, Winner grants WalkingCradles.com the right to use and publish his or her proper name in connection with this promotion with no further compensation. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WalkingCradles.com, it’s affiliates, employees, parent company, and related companies and all of their respective officers, directors, partners, shareholders, representatives, agents and employees from all liabilities, damages, or claims arising from participation in this sweepstakes, acceptance or use of prize, or use of their name for advertising and media purposes.

If for any reason beyond the control of WalkingCradles.com this sweepstakes is unable to be held, or for any cause affecting the sweepstake’s fairness, operability, or accuracy, WalkingCradles.com reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this sweepstakes at the sole discretion of WalkingCradles.com without notice. One entry per household per day. Duplicate entries will be discarded.

Eligibility: This contest is open to legal and geographical residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address to participate. WalkingCradles.com is only able to deliver within the United States of America and the District of Columbia. If a winner is chosen with a delivery address outside the United States of America, that entry will be discarded and a new winner will be chosen. You are not eligible if during the sweepstakes period you are or reside with or are or reside with the immediate family member (spouse, parent, child,sibling) of any employee of Mosinger Company LLC d/b/a Mark Lemp Footwear or Mountain Media, their affiliates, partner companies, reprentatives, or agents.

Contest runs from 12:01 am CST June 16 - 11:59 pm CST June 18. All entries must be received during this time period, regardless of time of submission of entry.

Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
